Chairman's Statement

This year, Yearfull continue with strong stability, in a market which is becoming partly uncertain.  This stability would not have been possible without the steering and dedication of our Management Team and mostly from our front-line staff who strive to improve our projects and delivery.  We maintain our position as one of the leading integrated fitting-out contractors in Asia, and through our Client’s we aspire to enhance that further.  We have continued to go back to our regular supply chain who maintain strong levels of determination and quality, whilst delivering the value that Clients demand.  We are also keen to add to the Supply Chain list, only where value can be certain.

2024's projects again showcase the diversity of fit-out for which we are known.  This year demonstrated some new forming relationships and the continuation of long-standing collaborative friendships.  We have commenced projects this year to strengthen our previous capabilities with banking clients, enhanced our portfolio with retail clients in core shopping-districts, and started another large project in China for our selected Client-base on the mainland.  Through these challenges we sense mutual opportunity, and we are able to show our true capabilities in delivering projects on time and to the highest quality, whilst also looking at value-engineering and time-saving opportunities for our Clients in this cost-conscious market.

We are a strong advocator of partnering and believe it is key to the success of delivering multi-disciplinary Projects. In order to deliver to Client's projects and objectives, we believe it is essential to bring all members of the delivery team together including Clients, Consultants and fellow Contractors, to fully align the mission-critical paths to successful delivery.

Hong Kong, Macau, China and Singapore remain our key markets.  We maintain a robust staff-base within these areas for this year and the future.  Therefore, we are well positioned to service our Clients within these regions. We would also welcome discussions with any Clients with requests for projects in other particular regions.

We maintain our status as a Hong-Kong Registered General Building Contractor and we continue to drive forward our Building and Alterations & Additions experience.  We continue to hold the appropriate licenses in Macau, Singapore and China.
