2025 marked our 38th year of operations, and the market noticed some changing headwinds with a reduced workload for many developers within Hong Kong.

The prevailing conditions have set another cycle in motion and safe to say, Yearfull has navigated well through multiple cycles of downturn previously, still confident maintain our continued commitment to survive with the market.  Hopefully the night is darkest before the dawn, with the strong support from Central Government, we are confident Hong Kong will move from strength to strength again.  Such navigation is only possible with a strong commitment from staff, our Management and most of all our clients who have continued to be our partners throughout our company history.  

Yearfull remains fully equipped for simultaneous project delivery. Our dedicated & experienced staff and long-serving management team continue to prove our company's resilience.  We remain extremely financially strong, and our financial stability is a major asset for some of our clients, who need not have concerns about negative issues on our projects.  Recently we have seen issues in the industry in HK and China whereby the Client trust is eroded when companies cannot demonstrate such financial commitments, leading to unwanted issues within the projects.  Yearfull’s commitment is that this does not happen on our projects.

We are thankful for the many Clients we have moved with across the years and this togetherness, we are sure, will eventually bring the prosperity back to the Region. We therefore look forward to working closely with all our Clients and friends in 2026 and beyond.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong has and will remain our focus base for projects, estimating, QS services, design co-ordination and purchasing.

Yearfull have nearly completed the full renovation of Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan, receiving strong customer feedback and ongoing client support.  Some additions & variations keep the project alive.  A strong client vision on the continual improvement of the mall, demonstrated by strong customer feedback, will continue into Q3 of 2026.   Challenges continue whilst working with the Retail Mall still maintaining operations.

Once again, we have successfully completed a number of new private residential house renovations within the last 12 months, with a strong focus on achieving Client’s wishes and also speed of delivery.  We welcome the opportunity for further private residential dwelling projects, as this has remained one focus of Yearfull’s throughout our history. 

We have completed a number of large duplex units in Repulse Bay for one of our key clients, with a view that a market upturn can demonstrate good sales and resilience in Hong Kong moving to the future. 

Works are now ongoing for the Cathay Pacific First Class Lounge at the ‘Wing’ in HK International Airport.  The airside nature of this project present challenges to be overcome and we are proud to continue our long relationship working on CX lounges at Chek Lap Kok. The project shall be completed in early 2026. 

Once again, we are working with New World, along with their consortium partners, on a whole residential Clubhouse fitout in Wong Chuk Hang.  Residential Clubhouses remain a particular strength for Yearfull and we are keen to help other developers with any projects they may have related to this nature.

Hang Seng Bank have won some well-deserved awards for the interior fitting out works of their renovated Hong Kong Headquarters in Central. We are delighted to play a small part in helping them bring home some great honours.

A long-term programme of refreshment works continues with HK Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wanchai.  The nature of the use of the space in daytime necessitates a large night-time work force, where Yearfull can demonstrate our strengths working to Client's particular requests. 

Our Project at Megabox Mall in Kowloon Bay continues in phases, to be delivered soon with a hope that tenants can start operating around Christmas 2025.

K. Wah's Kai Tak “KT Marina” is now complete and will be expecting owner's move-in shortly.  We are happy to engage in repeat work for K. Wah once again.

We hope to complete our Ladies Recreation Club hospitality refurbishment prior to Christmas 2025, such that members can enjoy the refreshed Bowling Alley and Kids play area over two floors. It is a pleasure to continue to work on private members clubs in Hong Kong, where we have delivered a number of projects across the territory.  We do hope that we leave a good mark on the LRC being such an established recreational facility since its founding in 1883.

We have successfully been awarded and commenced a project in the basement of The Landmark in Central which will be complete prior to Christmas 2025. This is our second project with Hongkong Land recently, and we hope our commitment to quality has and will continue to make a difference. 

Yearfull has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1998 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.

Macau

Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004.  The market in Macau has shown some rebound recently, and Tenders for Macau have increased somewhat over the last months.  We hope to be able to showcase our strengths in the Territory soon. 

China

China continues to be a market for us, particularly with our recently completed projects with our long-standing Client, Huawei.  Within 2025 we have finished 2 projects in Shanghai, and recently commenced a large private project in Shanghai.  This project utilises a large amount of specialist fittings and fixtures which our sourcing team helped to provide specialist design and build services from Europe, along with our connections in France.  Yearfull have solid connections to leverage for our client’s, depending on location and particular requirements.

Yearfull has a class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.

Singapore

Recent work with Marina Bay Sands has come to a close, and we are now looking to Clients to utilise our team in Singapore, who remain fully equipped and supported by our Head Office.   The experience of our team working in a live operating environment, for high-class fitout, were a great achievement for the Singapore team to overcome.

Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
