2024 marked our 37th year of operations, a remarkable achievement for our team, in what was an uncertain year for Hong Kong in certain aspects.

Our longevity over this period is a testament to our staff, our Management and most of all our Clients who have brought us repeat projects throughout our company history.  Without such Clients, we are sure our operations would not have been as successful as the previous years have demonstrated.

We very much appreciate the trust and partnership that Clients have brought us and this enables us to continually strive to better our quality and delivery standards, moving forwards.

We therefore look forward to working closely with all our Clients and friends in 2025.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong remains our main base for projects, estimating, QS services and purchasing.

Works still continue with Shun Tak Group in Sheung Wan as Main Contractor for the complete renovation of their Shun Tak Centre and is targeted to complete within Q2 of 2025.  A large amount of works have been completed including main atriums, lift and escalator upgrades, main entrance renovation and general areas of major renovation in the main shopping arcade. This is a challenging Project as works are being carried out while the Retail Mall is still operational, with a significant portion of the A&A works being carried out only at night, to avoid tenant interference.

We have completed a number of private residential house renovations within the last 12 months, with a focus being on quality, flexibility to adapt to Client’s wishes and also speed of delivery.  These projects are rewarding in that, being able to witness a Client’s personal home come alive with personal touches, is often a special achievement.

We completed the Phase 2 portion of interior fitting out works of MTRC’s new Retail Mall (Southside) within their Wong Chuk Hang Development. Our works here acting again as Main Contractor included all MEP, and interior fit-out works to the public areas of this 500,000 sqft mall.  Phase 2 was the final Phase and was completed as a fast-track project prior to Lunar New Year.

We were successfully awarded a portion of the Pokfield Road Campus works from the University of Hong Kong. We will be undertaking all the lecture theatres and auditoriums to enhance and grow the campus network in the district.

Works near completion in the Kai Tak Sports Park for interior fitting out to various areas within the Main Stadium. We are proud to have accomplished to play a part in the sports history of Hong Kong for years to come, and we look forward for the public to be able to enjoy a space that Yearfull helped to create.

Sino's Gage Street Residential Development in Central continues apace, with delivery of the final product ready for sales expected in early 2025. Our interior fit-out works follow closely behind the closure of the facade works, in this property in Central.

We have been busy recently assisting Hang Seng Bank for interior fitting out works of their renovated Hong Kong Headquarters in Central. Our works here, acting again as Main Contractor, include all MEP, and interior fit-out works to the main building and include works in public-facing areas.

Our Project at Megabox Mall in Kowloon Bay continues in phases, to be delivered in Late 2025.  Extensive mock-ups have been successfully delivered and work will the continue at pace. This project is being delivered for one of a number of our repeat Clients over the years.

Another repeat Client K. Wah International has asked us to help with their Kai Tak 4A Development where we are working at speed to complete the interior works for Bathrooms, Kitchens and typical Lobbies for one Tower of this development.  Completion is targeted within 2024.

We are proud to have helped AIA move back into a brand-new building on the site of their former Headquarters on Stubbs Road.  The previous building was inaugurated in 1969, and we worked with their Main Contractor to deliver the project to strict timelines and helped obtain leading green building credentials including platinum ratings across LEED, WELL and BEAM+ pre-certifications.

Yearfull has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1998 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.

Macau

Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004.  As many of you know, we have delivered multiple complex projects in Macau since 2003, and we look forward to re-engaing with the market in Macau in the near future, once the need for projects start to materialise.

China

We continue to serve our long-standing Client, Huawei, and recently commenced a large private project in Shanghai.  This project utilises a large amount of specialist fittings and fixtures which our sourcing team helped to provide specialist design and build services from Europe, along with our connections in France.  Yearfull have solid connections to leverage for our Client's, depending on location and particular requirements.

Yearfull has a class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.

Singapore

Through our long-standing working relationship with Sands China we have completed the four Phases of the Main Contract for the reconfiguration and renovation of one of their existing high end gaming venues within Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort. The last phases of this project were recently completed within 2024, slightly earlier than the scheduled deadlines. The challenges of working in a 24-hour operating Casino were a great achievement for the Singapore team to overcome, and one of which we are proud.

Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
