Yearfull Contracting Limited is looking for high caliber individuals with interior fitting out experience to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong:

SITE SUPERVISOR / SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR (HK and Macau Based)

• Handle site documents including daily record, photo record etc. and assist to maintain proper documentation at site
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and the logistics and ensure the work progress meet schedule
• Min. 3-5 years site experience in interior fitting-out project / building construction project
• Diploma or relevant academic qualification preferred
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and hardworking
• Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office
• For the role based in Macau, Holding Macau SAR Permanent Resident Identity Card is necessary.

PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR / ASSISTANT PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR (HK and Macau Based)

• Assist in prepare programme and resource planning, documentation and project administration
• Prepare technical submissions including materials, method statements, safety documents etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for project matters
• Min. 3-5 years site experience in interior fitting-out project / building construction project
• Diploma or relevant academic qualification preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to perform multi tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and knowledge in AutoCAD preferably
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
• For the role based in Macau, Holding Macau SAR Permanent Resident Identity Card is necessary.

DESIGN CO-ORDINATOR / MANAGER (HK and Macau Based)

• Liaise with the consultant design teams/subcontractors to deliver the construction drawings in line with the construction programmes
• Liaise with subcontractors and establish workable details for shop drawing submissions
• Reviewing technical drawing to identify discrepancies and raise RFI
• Issue subcontractors and consultants with all information, drawings and packages
• Maintain a register of any design changes, liaise with project team to ensure that the costs report is maintained
• Attend main contractor/consultant meetings when required
• Min. 5-8 years working experience in fitting-out and related field
• Diploma or Certificate in interior design / architecture / mechanical or relevant disciplines preferred
• Mature, team-player and able to task-oriented with good time management
• Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Experience in hospitality and shopping mall project highly prefer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Proficient in 3D AutoCAD will be an advantage but not a must
• Knowledge in BIM, Revit or 3D design software will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Design Coordinator
• For Macau based role, holding Macau SAR Permanent Resident Identity Card is necessary.

BUILDING SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR (HK and Macau Based)

• 3-10 years relevant experience of Building services or E&M engineering in large scale renovation and fitting out or building project
• Familiar with fitting projects are preferred
• Assist with shop drawing development and coordination as well as CSD / CBWD
• AutoCAD drawing & drawing knowledge is a must
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• For the role based in Macau, holding Macau SAR Permanent Resident Identity Card is necessary.
