2022 has been another successful and challenging year and at the same time extremely rewarding based on the positive feedback we have received from our Clients in meeting the vision of their Projects.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong remains our main base for projects and the market has been very active.

Our project with the Airport Authority Government lounges has been handed over and well received.

Works continue with Shun Tak Group as Main Contractor for the complete renovation of their Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan and is targeted to complete in the 4th quarter of 2023. Works comprise major A&A works to the facade, existing staircases, escalators and new lift and fitting out to all floors. This is a challenging Project as works are being carried out while the Retail Mall is still operational.

The First Phase of rooms for Gaw Capital Regent Hotel in TST is reaching the final stages and due for handover by the end of this year.

The fitting out of a new commercial development in Wing Lok Street for Kailong is in its last stages of completion and is targeted to complete in the 1st quarter of next year. Works comprise the main entrance lobby and typical office lobbies, corridors and toilets and Sky Garden.

Our Project for the Hong Kong Football Club Sportsman’s Bar Renovation is ongoing and is targeted to complete in the 1st quarter of next year.

Works continue in the Kai Tak Sports Park for interior fitting out to various areas within the Main Stadium. Works are targeted to completer in the 2nd quarter of 2023

Our interior fitting out works continue at Kerry Properties prestigious Beacon Hill Development with the start of an A & A works project to enhance the basement car parks

Having successfully completed a Club House for Sino at their Argyle Street Development we have moved our Team to commence works on their Cage Street Residential Development in Central which is scheduled for completion in the 4th quarter of 2023.

We are very pleased to continue our working relationship with MTRC for interior fitting out works of a new Retail Mall (Southside) within their Wong Chuk Hang Development. Our previous retail Mall was “The Lohas” at their Lohas Park Development which was successfully completed 2 years ago. Once again we act as the Main Contractor

Our Project at Man Yee Building Retail Mall in Central has commenced and comprises the enhancement of various areas within the Mall together with A&A Works of a new lift.

Having successfully completed a Club House for Ka Wah in Kai Tak we have moved our Team to Kai Tak 4A Development were we will carry out the interior works for Bathrooms, Kitchens and typical Lobbies for one Tower of the Development. Completion is targeted for the 1st quarter of 2024.

We have also been awarded a project in the new AIA Tower re-development and work will commence by the end of this year. Our works comprise of the interior fitting out of Main Lobby, multi-purpose hall, typical lift lobbies and toilets.

Yearfull has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1989 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.


We continue to serve our long term Client Venetian and this year marked our 19th year of partnership and collaboration. We take this opportunity to thank Venetian for bestowing their trust in us.

With the temporary détente in Macau we have moved our operation to Singapore to work of the refurbishment of MBS Integrated Resort.

Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004.


We continue to serve our long standing Client Huawei and successfully completed a flagship store in their Shenzhen campus. We also have ongoing work in the Beijing facility.

Our project for the interior fitting out of a penthouse in Shanghai Peninsula Apartments for a private owner has been completed and well received. 

Yearfull has a class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.


Through our long standing working relationship with Venetian Sands China we have been awarded the Main Contract for the reconfiguration and renovation of one of their existing high end gaming venues within MBS Integrated Resort. This project will last 2 years and be refurbished in various phases to suit their business operations.

Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
