This year has been a challenging but very fulfilling year for Yearfull in delivering many high end prestigious projects to our trusted Clients. Although 2021 has still had its added complexities due to the pandemic we have seen a noticeable change in the reliability of the Global supply chain. Hong Kong

Our Project in M+ with Gammon which is a specialist package managing the Bamboo fitting out to several areas of the Museums gallery interiors has been completed and opened to the public

Our Project at Lohas Park 6 with the Nan Fung Group which consists of the Club House and Main Lobbies of the Residential Towers is complete and in the final stages of handover.

Our interior fitting out works of the Club House, Carpark and one of the Mansion Houses at Kerry Properties prestigious Beacon Hill Development is now complete and well received by the Client.

Works are completed on our interiors project for Shaw Studio at their Hotel in Sai Kung. Our scope comprised the FOH facilities such as Banquet Hall, Functions Rooms, Main Atrium, Bridal Room, Toilets and corridor including the Church.

The Club House for KWah at their residential Development at the old Kai Tak Airport has been completed and in the process of being handed over to the Management Office.

Our fast track project for the Swire Hotels Group for the refurbishment of their Cafe Gray Restaurant in the Upper House is complete and operational.

The Interior Fitting Out works for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint in Kowloon is complete and the Client will start to move in next month.

The first Phase of the Airport Authority Government lounges has been handed over and operational. The final phases are targeted to complete at the end of the year  the early part of next year.

We have also been fortunate to have been awarded some exciting new projects which will take us into next year.

Having successfully completed Shun Tak Group Westwood Shopping Mall we have been awarded the fitting out works of their existing Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan. We again take on the role as Main Contractor and works comprise major A&A works to the facade, existing staircases and escalators and new lift and fitting out to all floors. This is a challenging Project as works are being carried out while the Retail Mall is still operational.

Having successfully completed the mock-up rooms for Gaw Capital Regent Hotel in TST we have been awarded the first phase of 137 rooms and associated corridors. Works are targeted to complete in the first quarter of next year.

We have been awarded the interior fitting out of the Club House and typical lobbies for the Sino Land/ CLP redevelopment in Argyle Street/Kadoorie Avenue which is scheduled to complete in the second quarter of next year.

We have also been awarded the fitting out of a new commercial development in Wing Lok Street for Kailong. Works comprise the main entrance lobby and typical office lobbies, corridors and toilets and scheduled to complete in the second quarter of next year.

Yearfull has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1989 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.


We continue to serve our long term Client Venetian and this year marked our 18th year of partnership and collaboration. We take this opportunity to thank Venetian for bestowing their trust in us.

Our Project at L03 Paiza gaming facility including the Londoner F&B Club lounge covering a total area of 13500m2 has been completed and has been handed over to the Venetian’s Operation team. This Project has also received major design excellence awards and we are proud to have delivered such a high end facility. 

Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004.


We continue to serve our long standing Client Huawei and having successfully completed two interior fitting out work packages in their Conference Facility in Shenzhen. We were awarded the fitting out of their Flagship Store in the same campus which is targeted to complete in January next year. 

We have been awarded the interior fitting out for penthouse in Shanghai Peninsula Apartments for a private owner with works targeted to be complete in early next year. 

Yearfull has a Class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.


Through our long standing working relationship with Venetian Sands China and having successfully completed a high end gaming venue in Macau we have been appointed by MBS Singapore for Pre-Construction Services for the reconfiguration and renovation of one of their existing high end gaming venue. We are working in collaboration with MBS and their Consultant Team to fully develop a workable and cost effective scheme.

Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
