Another year end is fast approaching and this year has had its added challenges with the epidemic. Although there has been impact on our supply chain we have still managed to deliver high end projects that have met our Clients expectations and visions. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Clients who have put their trust in us to work in partnership to achieve their objectives.

Hong Kong

Our Retail Mall fitting out and A&A project for MTRC at their Lohas Park Development covering 480,000sqft with 150 outlets, a skating rink and cinema complex was fully opened to the public in November. MTRC is a long standing Client of ours and we are very honoured that they have vested their trust in us once again as their Main Contractor.

Our Residential Development Project for Chinachem at Long Ping Station which  comprises typical lobbies, bathrooms and kitchen over four Towers is complete and now handing over to the Owners.

Our Project in M+ with Gammon which is a specialist package managing the Bamboo fitting out to several areas of the Museums interiors is now reaching its final stages and is targeted to complete by the end of the year.

Our Project at Lohas Park 6 with the Nan Fung Group which consists of the Club House and Main Lobbies of the Residential Towers is complete and going through the handover process.

The fitting out of the Retail Mall of Sino’s new Residential Development Grand Central in Kwun Tong is progressing well and it is targeted to complete by the end of the year.

Our interior fitting out works of the Club House & Carpark at Kerry Properties  prestigious Beacon Hill Development is targeted to complete by the end of the year. We were also awarded the interior fitting out of one of the Mansion houses within the development and this is planned to complete in the 1st quarter of 2021.

Our Club House Fitting out project for Sun Hung Kai Residential Development at Java Road is nearing completion and is targeted to finish by the end of the year.

Works are nearing completion on our interiors project for Shaw Studio at their Hotel in Sai Kung. Our scope comprises the FOH facilities such as Banquet Hall, Functions Rooms, Main Atrium, Bridal Room, Toilets and corridor including the Church.

We have also been fortunate to have been awarded some exciting new projects which will take us into next year.

Our Retail Mall fitting out project for Shun Tak Group at their existing Westwood Mall is progressing well and apart from Retail Mall fitout our works also comprise a major A&A works to the two entrance facades. This is a challenging Project as works are being carried out while the Retail Mall is still operational. Works are targeted to complete in the 2nd quarter of next year.

Site works have now commenced on the Club House for KWah at their residential Development at the old Kai Tak Airport. Works are targeted to complete in the 3rd Quarter of next year.

The Interior Fitting Out works for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint in Kowloon Tong is progressing well. Our scope includes the fitting out to all their existing facilities including the external hard landscaping. Works are targeted to complete in the middle of next year.

Planning works have commenced for two fast track projects the first for the Swire Hotels Group for the refurbishment of their Cafe Gray Restaurant in the Upper House and the second for the Mock-up Rooms for Gaw Capital proposed Regent Hotel. Both projects are to be completed in the 1st Quarter of next year.

Yearfulll has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1989 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.


We continue to serve our long term Client Venetian and this year marked our 17th year of partnership and collaboration. We take this opportunity to thank Venetian for bestowing their trust in us.

Our works as Main Contractor on the Four Seasons Package B (8000m2) which comprises one floor of dining/kitchen, two floors of private high end gaming and 12 simplex and duplex high end apartments linked to the private gaming floors was completed earlier in the year. We consider this project reflects the highest quality offering in Macau.

Our Project at L03 Paiza gaming facility including the Londoner F&B Club lounge covering a total area of 13500m2 is nearing completion and has been handed over to the Venetian’s Operation team. There are some proposed additional works which are targeted to complete in the first quarter of next year.  . 

Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004.


Our latest Project with Apple for their new flagship store In Beijing, Taikoo Li at Sanlitun was successfully opened in the middle of this year. Acting as their General Contractor this project also involved the external envelope including a very unique stainless steel roof structure incorporating a solar energy system. The store is designed by Fosters and we again take pride in working with their design team in meeting the vision of this project .

Our interior fitting out works of two levels within Huawei Exhibition Centre in Shenzhen was successfully completed and well received. We also continued our working relationship with Huawei this time in managing 2 interior fitting out work packages in their Conference Facility in Shenzhen. These are both fast track projects and are targeted to complete by the end of this year.

Yearfull has a class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.


The market remains soft however we are actively looking for new opportunities and tendering for future projects.

Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
